What i've to do to use a custom car (had a new car for the Stockcar-mod) and how can the other drivers see that car? Thx for any help

Do you mean online? Nothing special.
If you have enabled "download custom skins" and the server allows skin transfer, your skin will transfer automatically to the people who have enable "download custom skins".
(Download custom skins is enable by default.)

Just make sure your skin is 1 file!
If your custom skin contains more .dds files (rims, windows etc) make a .mas file from your custom car. (click here) If it's just a body.dds, you can still make a .mas from your car to reduce file size.

Make sure your custom skin contains "alt" in the name.
