Custom race

Hi guys,
Only discovering rFactor2, I would like to know if I could realise my old dream in this game (even if it requires a lot of work and learnings). Is it possible to:

- Create an event with 50 different cars?
- Custom cars to make them look like Matchbox cars from my childhood (painting only, working on existing templates with 3DsimED)?
- Modify car settings or physics to modify balance of performances (create a hierarchy)?
- Have a control on race settings, like DNF rate, crashes rate, safetycar rate,...?
- Watch the race as a spectator?
