Cars Custom Refracting Lights

I made Refracting Lights on my custom car, they work great until i leave game and get back in again, lights don’t work until i open „ReflectionsFX Debug”. Without opening it they are just black without any light source.
Any ideas how to make this thing work without opening debug menu?
