Custom SimHUB overlay for all games - Something i came up that should work nicely

This is something i came up recently, and i was being able to make it as my first SimHUB overlay pack

Features:
Onboard Overlay:
- Revmeter with Peak RPM needle (Thanks to Akos Fodi for the code)
- Speed bar with markers, read in kph
- Gear
- Throttle and Brake pedals

Revmeter HUD:
- RPM number and bar with Peak RPM bar
- Speed in both kph and mph
- Pedals with ABS (Red pedal) and TC (Green pedal) indicator
- Car and track ID...

I would probably want to have the speedometers change depending on the units you select in SimHub's settings, so you could probably use speedLocal instead of speedMPH or speedKMH, and set the speed unit text to have speedLocalUnit bound to it, like this:

 if([SpeedLocalUnit]='KMH','kph',if([SpeedLocalUnit]='MPH','mph'))
