Custom skin didn't appear in game

So, i made an skin for Clio Cup cars. I putted the DDS on the folder, but when i enter the game, the livery that i can see is the vanilla one. Can someone solve this please?

Can you pack you livery file in rar or zip and upload it, and I'll check for myself Would be nice to have a link to the ClioCup car you are using as well, so I know I choose the right one.
