F1 22 Custom sponsor decal not working

When ever I make a sponsor decal... it has white bg on the car as seen in picture, looks like someone spilled a milk on it.. how do I make it work ?

Simply on the RGB tab ( on the layer windows ) at the bottom right, to add a new layer, will be the alpha layer, paint in white the decals area on this alpha layer, the rest remain black, and save it in srbg + alpha

I try and still have the same result for me...
I put a new layer as you mention and still have a result like the first post.

and you saved it in bc3 sRBG ?

yes, even with the alpha layer and saving it in bc3 sRGB it still has the same problem. maybe make like a video or something with a step by step of how you do it
