F1 2015 Damn tires...

Yes I have always to do one pit more than AI cars because of tire wear and bye-bye to the ranking.
Can you suggest me a solution of this issue in the car setup and in driving?

Another thing I can't understand is that in racing strategy my pitstop is, e.g, at 7/8 lap
but in race they call me back for pit just after 3 laps. Can you explain me?

Maybe you are just pushing too hard. If they estimate that the tyres will last 7/8 laps, and you are being called into the pits early, you might just have a too aggressive driving style.

Wheels spins, fast cornering, heavy braking, skidding, rich fuel settings, going off the track, can all reduce the life of your tyres.

Anyway you don't have to come into the pit when the engineers tell you to, you can stay out as long as you like. You just have to keep looking at your tyre wear indication on your HUD/OSD, and feel how the car handles as the tyres wear out. At some point the car will not turn into the corners very well, and you will find that you have to brake a lot earlier than you normally do.

If you get to that point, go to the pits as soon as possible

If you're running Q2, make sure your fastest laptime set is not being overused. I usually run only 1 flying lap in Q2 on a set of options.
