Daniel Juncadella, DTM racing driver and proud member of RaceDepartment interviewed

The developers of Sector3 Studios sat down with professional DTM racing driver Daniel Juncadella interviewing him about his online racing experiences from the present and the past with Sector3 Studios' PC titles.

As most people in our community already know Daniel regularly tested his driving skills online with other RaceDepartment.com members a few years ago with Sector3 Studios' previous PC racing title RACE 07 and progressed from being a promising rising star to a hot shot professional pilot who races in the real DTM series for the Petronas Mercedes AMG team and made his first appearance in Formula 1 for Williams and as a reserve driver for Sahara Force India.

Daniel Juncadella is one of the examples of a racer who is blurring the line between real and virtual motorsport and now continues to do so in both RaceRoom Racing Experience and on the real track, making us sim racers both proud and at the same time ~~a little bit~~ very jealous!

Now that interview was almost better publicity for RD than for S3/R3E, he spoke very highly about you/us!

Hope to see dedis soon, will prob make R3E my main sim when it's here.

I like the way he speaks as a forum member.

"Are you going to improve lag in MP?" "There will be dedicated servers?"

Proud of him. He wants to race a good quality sim and pushes the developers (as we do) for them to improve it more and more.

That's a sim racer, period.
