Yes, Dash Meter Pro - it's not free but vey good with plenty of customisation and is available for a whole range of sims.

To use it with Automobilista either follow the rFactor 1 or Game Stock Car instructions.

I always use this app on my android tablet for all my sims.

i use Z1 dashboard wit idisplay for my android tablet. works really well and Z1 dashboard is very detailed.

I use SLI-Emu from http://www.eksimracing.com/
It goes on your cell or a tablet. not free though, but really powerful. Check it up the list of customization is crazy. You can even make your own dash with a full library of items for it.
