Dedicated server help

I seriously am banging my head against a brick wall here.

I opened all the ports, all that jazz. Turned my firewall off completely.

I can connect to the game, I have like 18 ping.

My friends though, they all have 5000.

I seriously don't know what to do at this point, can anyone help me? I was looking at all the other threads on this topic and none of the solutions that they have work. Thanks.

What's your upload speed?

https://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/

You will have a low ping because you are on the same network.

There may be some kind of QoS going on with your router for upload throughput.
