Deems Summer Track Pack - Donington, Imola, Mugello, Red Bull Ring & Vallelunga

View attachment 286486

Inevitably, this pack contains summer skins for the following tracks: Donington, Imola, Red Bull Ring & Vallelunga. More to follow obviously.

For best results use with, Peter Boese Good Bad weather suite and x4fab dynamic lights shaders patch.

This joins 'Autumn, 'winter' and 'winter snow' as the next set of skins in my seasons series.

MAIN INSTALLATION (RECOMMENDED)
Copy the extracted 'content' folder into you main Assetto Corsa folder. The skin will then...

I got the same problem, no preview image!
Can I ask you what is the difference between your summer version and the one of Kunos ?

Thanks

Scorched / burnt / dry grass, dryer soil where possible, modified horizons etc where possible, no more garish green kudos trees. And loads of tweaks here and there.

The 3D grass doesn't look like it blends very well with the 2D ground texture in your release picture. I always try and match the colours so that you can barely see the 3D grass until you move past it.

Obviously everyone has different ideas about what looks correct.

Absolutely - I did that with my winter snow tracks and will be doing it with these in the next update.

deem updated Deems Summer Track Pack with a new update entry:

Texture updates

Improved grass texture and colour blend of 3D/2D grass for many tracks.
Replaced kunos ads with real ads on all tracks
Fixed preview icons for all
Various other tweaks

When updating please remove previous packs manually. The easiest way to do this is to search for ’summer deem’ and delete all folders. Some tracks have textures removed during updates but these will not be deleted when updating and this could cause things to display incorrectly.

It's just been pointed out that as I renamed the version numbers after compressing them, that the uncompressed folders have the previous version number. Sorry about that.

deem updated Deems Summer Track Pack with a new update entry:

INSTALLATION
Copy the extracted 'content' folder into you main Assetto Corsa folder. If prompted to do so, select ‘Replace files in the destination’. There is no need to delete previous versions of my packs with this latest build. There is also no longer need to copy over the Mods folder and there for no need to activate the 'deems track packs' mod. This is no longer needed with the new 'Use seasonal adjustments' option in Content Manager.

Ensure 'Use seasonal adjustments' is unchecked in content manager weatherfx settings.

The skin will then be selectable via 'skins' in Content Manager.

(When not using my skins, having 'use seasonal adjustments' ticked will create spring/summer/autumn/winter effects using shaders)

Using it with sol & shaders patch, some part of tracks become multicolors. Disabling it everything right. Maybe an update (sol 1.2.4 & csp 146).

Love this and all the rest of the season packs! But I'm having an issue with Imola. Some grass textures beside the track are almost completely black, and further grass and trees flash red in alternating sequences. This happens even when no skins are applied in CM. Removing the file "/extension/config/track/imola.ini" seems to fix the issue, but I'm sure that's not the best solution since it's likely there for a reason ;) Any idea what the issue could be? For the record, I'm using Custom Shaders Patch 0.1.30 and no PP filters at all. The rest of the tracks seems fine.

Which version of Donington is the Donington skin for? Is it the version by Brun? Right now that's on v 2.02 and the game file is currently doningtonpark2018. Will this work for that? the skin name seems to be for doningtonpark, so is that another version?
