Default setup no good for club racing?

Ferrari should have radioed back "well get off your arse and test and develop the bloody car if you want improvements and offer some input other than moar power."
Ferrari working on it, as if they're sitting on their hands enjoying italian wine with pasta.
Kimi is not at fault. He had issues with car, specificaly with the brake by wire system, since Quallifying in Australia.

Gotta love how people just assume Kimi is some lazy slob that puts no effort into helping the team with development and simply wants to jump in the car and go.

This couldn't be further from the truth.
 
Agree, I think what happens is that you find a setup that suits your style around a track far quicker than you find the setup that is the quickest around the track.
Yeah, the first thing you need in a setup is one that gives you the confidence to drive on the limit, especially in races, being consistent and able to recover from situations is better than outright hotlap times.
