Steering wheel is a bit off on shelf. Cant really tell its perfect.

First its a .z7 files, not everyone uses .7z They should but they dont. You should use a more universal zip format so everyone can experience the bliss that is your perfect save.

Second, you included unnnessasary files in your save. I dont need your options. I like my options. This is starting to look less then perfect.

There are unpaid fines on the counter. Someone has been a naughty boy. Looking less and less perfect by the second.

Uncompleted jobs on the board. Lazy lazy save.

You also have the suitcase, so we know you cheated save with the editor to get that.

The ferndal is parked at home, so i know ill have to return it, WITHOUT KEYS!!!, or have to deal with Fleetari messing with my car. Thanks for that headache.

The Ruscko is also parked there, but you didint even win it. So if i wanted to use it i have to get the flat head each and every time. Kinda pointless. And we know you cant play the card game.

As far as i can tell you used one of the car model mods to change how the car looks. It looks like trash. And it tanks my frames and makes it unplayabile. Also, dosent look like there is anything to DO. Whats the point of a save game where everything is already done? I guess i could go for a drive, but whats the point?

So i would honestly give this save a 1/10 , and you only have that 1 because im in a decent mood. Was gonna give you a 0.5. Far from perfect.
