Demo and new tracks?

Hi all, probably a dumb question but can new tracks e.g. Silverstone be used in the demo?
thinking about buying this but still not sure

As much as i know, u can t add content to the demo.
But if u buy the game, and dont like it, u can ask for refound in 1 month.

Just bought it and I have one question should I uninstall the demo version and download the content installer and install that or just download the extra cars and tracks?

I never had the demo, but i would go for a fresh install.
