Demo still running after activation

Hi.

One of my teamate have a strange problem.
When he put the activation code, the game said it was activated but finally the demo is still running...
He tried 3 times and now he doesn't have any activation left (he has sent a mail to sales@xxx).
Some help for this?

Patrick wait for Reiza Studios to get back to you, it should take 3-5 days, if that, it doesn't hurt to re-send the email again just incase, but only twice

i've not heard of this problem so i can't help, sorry.

Solved.

Had to delete the hidden folder then re-install.
Thanks to Reiza for the re-activation of the account.
