F1 22 Did someone manage to make the 2023 transfers

Hi, I was wondering if someone managed to make the 2023 transfers with the cheat engine tool. I'm missing Hulkenberg and Sargeant in the cheat table, only have F1 22 and F2 21 drivers in it, no icons and no F2 22 drivers. I've seen in some videos that it is possible but I just don't know how to do it.
