Different Size Screens

I have a 58 and two 50's for the sides at 90 degrees. They are not just miss sized but at a funny angle, bent back.
Is there a way to change the size of the side screens?

Not easy, no. I think you'd need to figure out the slightly lower resolution that gives you a consistent pixel size across all 3 screens (eg. if the 58 is at 75 dpi, work out a custom resolution for the 50s that also gets 75 dpi) and then you'd be able to use the original resolution of 3*1 in window mode with it flowing off the edges of the screens however you have that set up (since top and bottom edge can't both line up)
