Digital Download "MESSED UP"

The Game Stock Car is finally released and i started download. something like 10 hours to do it and my PC crashed. I blogged to demand a refund or mail of the DVD version. I will get my money back but loose data fees because it takes for ever.
I would rather buy stuff on DVD but its hard to find PC stuff and digital downloads are a pain in the ass as you have to use tech support website that is not helpful.

Hello Antony,

We understand how frustrating that can be, specially given you´re dealing with a bandwidth limit - but you bought a digital product delivered via download, you´d have to antecipate a chance of such issues ocurring. You also didnt give us much of a cushion to try help you before your refund request.

The order has been refunded. If you wish to try downloading again upon release before buying, we´ll be happy to assist you.
