DiRT 3 DiRT 2 Cars MOD

Hi man, mod creator speaking. Not even sure how people still find out about my mod when it has been already deleted off the web with its tutorial from the official Codies' forum by EA, but I really appreciate the interest!

First of all the mod was "designed" (read "worked best") for the GFWL version of the game, not the Steam version. The Steam version has a few differences, but I got it working in the past. Second of all the mod was very moody, it really didn't want to work on some devices, but some people got it working just fine, see for yourself which case you are.

Here is the download link: https://mega.nz/file/rIgTkZIT#AyEW-nHPSG7k4J5SPK_9r4ehl1uYI2NnKIYiK0AjXnU

Installation:
1) Drag & Drop everything from the zip to your game's root folder (i.e. Steam\steamapps\common\DiRT 3 Complete Edition).
Now you should have the MODS folder, the JSGME.exe and JSGME.ini in your game's root folder
2) Open JSGME as admin and install "DiRT 2 Cars Mod 3.0 by Kulibob CZ" by selecting it and clicking the arrow. There is also Miczelov's mod I used to test things on (sorry man for reupload, was too lazy to remove it from an old link of mine), you can install it, but never install both at the same time.
3) Now you should have additional cars in your DiRT3 game.

Disabling:
To disable the mod, open JSGME.exe, click on my mod and disable it.

Uninstall:
To remove any traces of the mod, go to your game's root folder and delete "MODS" folder, JSGME.exe and JSGME.ini, but only after you have disabled the mod.

To play online the mod needs to be disabled. With the mod on you will get kicked from all sessions you enter. You will not get banned, nor anything like it, the multiplayer will just not work. Disable it and you can even return to sessions you previously tried to connect to.

I hope it works for you, let me know if you need anything and enjoy the mod!

Thank you so much for this!!
Do you happen to have a guide on how to add these cars as well? I've tried doing it myself before but there was always something broken about them.

You mean to add more cars than the mod currently does? As I am seeing a recent interest in the mod, I am planning to actually rewrite the database on Steam one and add more cars with real data. I can’t get my Ego Database Editor working due to .NET, but once I do, I’ll do a rebuild and will add more cars (with requests). Now the game is officially abandonware, so I don’t care.

I might make a tutorial, yes

Sounds awesome. And yeah, I wanted to see what I could fiddle with, so I was hoping if there could be a step by step tutorial. Especially for the Steam version! There isn't much online that I could find to help, it would be very much appreciated.
Regardless, thanks a bunch for returning to this mod!
