DiRT Rally Dirt Rally Multiplayer Question

Okay I have a noob question since I have only tried this game offline.
Can 2 or more online drivers see one another on a Rally stage ??? in Dirt Rally ??
I mean can they drive together on a Rally stage, and will both be visible on the replay file if they stay close ???

Not in Rally and Hillclimb, but Rallycross yes.

there are no staggered starts in dirt rally like in the older ones. So no real multiplayer rally driving. Just singleplayer driving with compared times: leagues.
