I've never had a problem, I always pay by PayPal so I have some comeback. Had some good bargains using them.

Installed today an bit of nightmare at the start with controls an graphics. Maybe it was me just the learning curve, the ISI/Reiza setup seems so simple compared to the newer sims

Glad the purchase went smoothly for you.
The controls were a pain to setup. I have a DFGT with G27 pedals & shift plus Bodnar cables, so presets don't always work tried setting up a custom which was n't saving. Finally used the DFGT preset an added pedal & shift
