Do I need to install the 4 GB patch if I'm running Windows 10?

Seems to run fine for me maxed out at 1440p, though I've yet to really race against a full field of opponents.

i use the full proc command to run on 4 cores and also have the 4 gig patch installed, ive not tried to run the game without this,
i remember using this before also. does the same thing as 4 gig patch.
