I want to play with a friend who also has a sim rig but he is on PS4 and I am on PC does anybody know if it is possible for him and me to play together in an online lobby?

I have a buddy with AC on PS4 too. Didn't even think to try this out! I'm going to have a go tonight. Knowing the way Sony was when this was first developed, I wouldn't bet on it working for the public servers, but it might on a dedicated server
Yes, it should, thats the whole point of making a game for more than one platform. I might be wrong.

Yeah, this is the vibe I am getting from reading around. Usually the PS side of things is peer based, so I suspect whoever starts the lobby actually runs the server on their console if it's anything like the way most of the other games I know of. I cannot see any option to specify a server either. Dang, got my hopes up for a bit!
