Does premium give you license to race?

I wanted to join some RD races in AC, however unfortunately the new licenses have been closed.

In light of the following edit in official closing post:

"Edit: For immediate racing access please upgrade your account here and become premium."

Does upgrading to premium grant an immidiate license?

Yes, it does. Just add your real name to your profile ( http://www.racedepartment.com/account/personal-details ) and you are good to go. Just sign up for any event you like after upgrading and you will be added to the field.
