Does the Ricmotech th8a sequential plate mod worth it?

I’m thinking about buying it so I can have better feeling on the sequential mode but, I saw some reviews and some people says its way too stiff, some people says you could even break your shifter..
Does any one here have one of these and can share some thoughts?
