A converter for .dds images, create, view and save in any dxt format.

Put the folder into the PSP plugin folder in your program files/jasc folder.

It can also be used with Photoshop.

Hi, thanks for this.

I put the DXT_TOOLS folder into my paintshop pro PlugIns folder but i dont get dds as an option in the drop down box, i did go to the file/preferences/plugins and even added DXT_TOOLS to the plugIns path but still did not work, i have psp9. Can you help please?

You have to "open" a .dds file with the file menu to view a .dds image.

To save a file such as a .tga as a .dds you s/b able to save as and a box opens and savas a s type should be available.

I'm using PSP 7 and will try it on PSP 9 to check.

At last! I've been using old Flight Sim / Train Sim tools from MWGraphics (2003) for these conversions. Thanks!
