Downloads not working

Hello, I am having trouble with the downloading of the mod packages. I have downloaded part 1 but part 2 keeps directing me to a page that says "Invalid file ID".
I also have a question on the mod packages. The part 1 and 2 is always used? and then each month there is a new mod package to download?

Race Serie Racing Club Mod package(part 2) is what I am trying to download. The first part was no problem. This one I cant get

What i've been doing is downloading each file on it's own. I have been having problems with the packs myself so this is the way i have been downloading files.
