Very few of the things mentioned could actually happen. They were mentioned many times before and won't happen either for technical (stage length) or licensing (cars/stages) reasons.

You know that will not happen CM have no writes to the WRC Licences for cars or Stages for any current cars.
That is why both the Monte was removed from the current version & why there are not longer real world stages.

I would prefer more Historical content to be add that is not blocked by the FIA or the Current WRC Game developers.
A original Audi Quattro Group 4 , along with a Lotus Sunbeam would be good.
And some Porsche 911's their are tons of old Rally cars to go for Mk 1 Escort RS 1600 or Lotus Cortina
I Agree with a the Saab's & Volvo's they took many wins in the the European Cup has it was back then before it became the WRC in the late 70's
What about Skoda RS 1300 in the 70's & the late 80 version that always took class wins in many rally's.

That is only Rally content what about rally-cross where 4WD was used long before Group B hit the stages.
lots of home brew stuff their to pick from in the late 70's & 80's 900 bhp 4WD Porsche 911's the Zakspeed Turbo Escorts Mk 2 , the Later AWD X Track Turbo Escort Mk3's AWD VW Porsche powered Beetles wild cars driven by some of the biggest legend ever in Rally-Cross & should be has hard to licence.

Same could be no doubt said for the USA based stuff but I have never really followed that to know anything about its History.
