Driver Change Career Mode - DQ Exceeded Maximum Drive Time

Anyone know how to change driver in pit stop during career mode? Keep getting DQ for exceeding maximum drive time.

If it is the same as for a race session .... before stopping the car at your pit place you have to modify your pitstop settings .... and change the driver in pit settings window.
This cannot be done in the setup ... so you need to do it on track .... hoping that's not only in the pitlane when the pit window shows. ( as I might experience )

I don't know in fact if this pit window may be shown on track before entering the pitlane !
If not .... no problem if you have a long way to drive in pitlane but if this is the 1st pit place nearly as soon as you enter the pitlane, this might be a real problem.

I have no idea how to change the driver but am pretty sure that the pit settings dialog you're talking about is accessible from the MFD.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, changing the driver is done during pit stop using the MFD.

Now that I have a brute PC I’m getting into ACC a lot more and love it.
Big question I have with driver swap.
Does the AI not take over in single player?
I change drivers on pit entry, name changes, then go go go I’m still driving.
What am I doing wrong here?

You're not doing anything wrong. I've been begging for this feature since 1.0 and it still hasn't been implemented. In ACC you're a one man army in offline endurance races
