I want driving lights on my car even in the daytime.

Yup, assign a button to it, and remember to change the light/wiper controls to manual not automatic!

I know . What I mean is that. I would like to have the lights mounted on the car , even during the day.

So you want to actually add lights to the car?? No, I don't think you can do that. Your best bet is to do what Ole said
