DTM Demo VS DTM Full

The performance is improved in full version? On RRE i have all on max except motion blur and shadow split (disabled) and game runs smooth with no problems even with AI on track.
On DTM demo most settings are on medium, same blur and split disabled and still have low perf, image is shattering, i get motion sickness after 30 min. On both games i have Vsync off, doesn't seem to change anything if i enable it.

I noticed similar problems. But I've found out that the reflection settings affect the framerate a lot but the main problem is that this costs a lot atmospheric visually.
Set it from reduced to easy and the game runs smooth.
But I'm a bit disappointed that calculated the reflection detail costs the most frames.
Is there any opportunity to edit the resolution level from the reflections?
