Dubai for GSC in Downloads

A question about the Dubai track in the downloads section. Is this track for GSC?
I have it installed in my locations folder and it does not show in my tracks in game. The file structure looks differant from all other tracks in game. Cananyone verify that the track does in fact work in GSC?
Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
