Dynamic weather as default with Sol?

Today I´ve noticed that the dynamic weather was disabled. I can enable it with the Sol menu in the game (right column). However, when I quit the game and load the track again, the dynamic weather is disabled. Any idea how to permanently enable it, and also use the plan I have created?

Replays are dark

I've only recently noticed something very strange. When I go to playback a replay after a race the screen is dark as though it's night except it's not because I wasn't racing at night. The replay is then useless so I return to the pits and it is now night time and my car lights are on. Anyone...

What I have still not found out is, first, how to define a key to jump betwen different weathers and, second, how to skip the night from my timetable.
