F1 2011 Edit database for reputation

Hi,
Anyone knows how I can edit my database to increase my reputation so I can get a contract offer?
I know in F1 2010 you could increase your reputation multiplier.

I'd like to modify it right now since I really don't feel like re-playing season 2 with the same starter team.
