Edit Race07 tracks?

Is there anyway to edit the original simbin tracks? I want the short layout of mantorp, the old "Trösen" at Gelleråsen and the old chicane on Falkenberg =) I can do it myself if someone tells me how? And btw is it legal?

The Roads are already in the game.

Should be possible with 3Dsimed and an AIW editor.

No,I don't own a copy of 3dSimEd and I didn't get a grip on the AIW editor either. If someone with more knowledge is able to make a Short Mantorp I would be very greatful.
