Electronic Spotter for CrewChief Soundpack - Use simple electronic beeping instead of voices for spotter

An extra spotter soundpack for the amazing CrewChief. Instead of voices, you are alerted to cars around you with simple and distinct beeps.
Features are:
Main beep for "car left/right/in the middle"
Higher pitch beep for "clear left/right"
Even higher pitch beep for "clear all around"
Double beep for "still there"

This soundpack is mainly for AC and since AC doesn't use ovals, I didn't include any sounds for those...

Jmike4649 updated Electronic Spotter for CrewChief Soundpack with a new update entry:

More pleasant "clear all around" sound

This replaces the more higher pitched beep that plays when the spotter would say "clear all around"
Instead of a higher pitch single beep, it uses the same sound for "clear left/right" and turns it into a double beep.
I find this one to be less distracting.
