Never added a livery to DR. So do i replace/overwrite an existing one? Maybe just delete a livery folder and replace with this one?

Yes, you have to overwrite the exsiting one. Inside archive there is a "readme.txt" file. It contains information where to place the new livery and which one in game it replaces. And do not forget to make a back up of your original files.
