email notifications

Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong area to post but how can i get rid of being emailed every time someone replies in a thread i am watching?

i want to receive alerts on RD but not be sent emails as well. I have all the boxes unchecked that relate to email notifications.

Click "watch thread" in the thread you are receiving notifications from to un-watch it. Click it again and select the option "watch this thread without receiving email notifications"
