Emoticons and all setup about typing

Hi,
from two days ago all those stuff disappeared from the advance typing mod... see attachment, I talked to another user who has everything OK, it seems that it is just me who cant find it

On the right top of the page click: settings -> go to general settings -> scroll to miscellaneous options -> set the message editor interface to: Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing

Then you should have a full WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) display
