engine rpm limiter configuration

Hi everyone.

is it possible to configure the rpm limiter on a car based on the speed? like the irl gr010 can. i tried to make a ctrl_limiter file like the one ppl use to control the turbo but it doesn't work

Not from a ctrl file, you'd have to get into csp lua.
