Error in loading Union Island map

I recently installed Union Track on AC via Content Manager but the map isn't loading properly. I checked the integrity of files but the same issue is persisting. I am adding a photo for reference.

Also, big kudos to @Ben-obro for this amazing map. Really excited to play in it
