ERROR Skin: bmw_1m/staiger Invalid JSON primitive: Undefined.

Hi

Does anyone know how I can fix this - I get the error every time I start AC and the car is not available in the car list.

From the log file:

"ERROR Skin: bmw_1m/staiger Invalid JSON primitive: Undefined.
JSON file should contain skinname, drivername, number, country and team."

Thanks in advance

Well I have a better solution from AC staff -->

------------------------------------------------------
In your skins folder of the bmw_1m, find the skin you talk about "staiger"

There you need to find a file called ui_skin.json and the content of it must be similar to

{
"skinname": "15",
"drivername": "Martin Tomczyk",
"country": "Germany",
"team" : "BMW",
"number": 15
}

------------------------------------------------------

Seems pretty straightforward. Haven't tested yet though.

Yes that's the fix, I did the same with older skin files. You can open the json with notepad and use that code structure, but with the info you want. This only changes the skin description on the skin selector, and nothing else about the car skin and driver info.
