everything is dark

Hi guys,
I have a huge problem when exporting track from bobs track builder. I ad the sky from carlswood including editing the track.shd and geometry.ini according to carlswood (http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/threads/ad-sky-to-track.48931/), but when I run the track everything turns black.
Turning on headlights works and I can see a bit, but I'm missing "real" light. Any Idea how I can bring back the light the this track?
I tried changing Time of day, but with a german keyboard I cannot figure out how to write something into the dialog box (can only open it using "ö").
Hoping that somebody can help me out.

Open up special.ini in your track and you can change time etc there.

Should be something like this (from mount autobahn):

Hey Thanks,
but I'm afraid time of day is not the solution for my problem. Doesn't matter to what time I change, everything stays dark. It look like there is no light source/no sun. And I rally have no clue how to fix this.
