Extensive features for streaming

Currently AC features towards streaming are poor, they are manageable but features like replays, spectating, live timing etc. are lacking.

AC2 should take best parts from existing platforms and either add them directly or make the API open, well documented etc. so that 3rd parties can add their own features as easily as possible. Main things missing currently.

- spectating (available in ACC)
- fully supported replays, easy "clipping"
- easily adjustable camera selection, modifying, creating them as needed
- full api for tracktimes, tyres, pit stops
