I just dig out my old dvd of F1 2010 and my first thought was to check forum here...but there are no proper F1 2010 download section so I have used advanced download search with "F1 2010" tag from RD menu and tada :

There are 4 parts to download.
But to be honest there is something I really don't like in this mod : postprocess effects which are too bright ! So my advice is to make a backup of your POSTPROCESS folder and especially EFFECTS.XML !
