F1 2011 F1 2011 doesnt work

Hi, I found in my home the game F1 2011, but when i put it in the computer, starts the game and crashes. I have this pc:

Windows 8
GEFORCE NVIDIA GTX500 SERIES
Intel Core i5

I have to put compatibility mode or any thing? Thanks

Ok i have the compatibility in windows 8, and i have to pass it to windows 7. Ok thank u so much
now i dont have installed it, and it appears:

windows cant found f12011.exe
