F1 2012 F1 2012/2013 blurring!

I have installed F1 2013 and 2012 versions but i saw that awful effect. I know that it affects FPS and rummaged all the forums and sites on this topic but I did not find any information how to remove it. Maybe I can not see it on the record, but in YouTube I did not see this effect on the gameplay videos. I saw solution only for F1 2015, but in F1 2013 config file there are no setting for blur...
