F1 2012 contracts

Hey guys
I am new to f1 2012 in xbox I started my career with hrt and I am 11th in the standing I had a pole and finished 4th in Valencia.
I have just got to Hungary and had an offer from force India which I accepted I would really like to drive for brackley based Mercedes how do I go about securing a contract offer from them
