Its really easy. Just take the files and extract them with WinRar to your F1 2012 folder which is found for usual under: ProgramFiles/Steam/SteamApps/common

@Rami Saidy you have to copy both folders one is for the helmets and one for the menu icons
@kleanthisky It seems like youre a big schumacher fan and so am I but I really didnt like the 300 helmet so I left it out.
