F1 2012 F1 2012 LAN. please help?!!

so my buddy and I set up lan connection, and server is fine we both get ingame, than suddenly nothing happens, and all we get is the message "waiting for players", and we can't play? what's the problem?

Don't you have to set the number of players required before you start the session?

Maybe it defaults to a higher number of players, and 2 players isn't enough to start the race.

I have not run LAN, so this is only a guess ......

Have you changed the database ?. We had a small change when testing LAN, and when we used original database file, we could play right away.
